“Let Yourself Become Living Poetry.” – Rumi
Aspyn Wood is a multifaceted spiritually led woman and artist. Aspyn’s spiritual gifts enable her to walk through the dark depths of the shadow world accompanying other women through it. She walks with them as a support system, encouraging them and helping them see their own inerant strength. Aspyn works as a guide through life’s crossroads for other women, sitting with them as they walk through their souls dark emotional places. This spirit medicine allows them to begin processing and healing.
Aspyn went through her own “dark night” of the soul. She lost 5 babies, both of her parents, and the death and loss of many more people she cared about. Everything in her life began crumbling around her. All the truths she had been taught began revealing themselves as lies. She has travelled to her own dark hell. She is very familiar with the dark spaces in life and is not scared to walk into them. She is also familiar with light and rebirth. In 2018 Aspyn went through the beginning of a spiritual rebirth and came out with a new identity and name. (Kristy Quinn) Kristina Leleux by birth, her name chosen by her parents, she now had been given a new name. Aspyn Wood was born on social media in the Summer of 2022. Aspyns’s first three books she wrote in 2010 are still available worldwide under Kristy Quinn. She has since deconstructed her faith and reconstructed her spiritual beliefs.
She is an INFJ Cancer Sun.

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
Aspyn is an avid spiritual warrior whose spiritual journey has been vast. Raised in a semi-relaxed Roman Catholic home, 15-year-old Aspyn walked out of her Confirmation classes when they told her that she had a choice and her parents couldn’t make her stay. This would be the beginning of a long road to discover the truth about Jesus and His story. Aspyn has researched many facets of Christianity today and has attended different churches, giving her an inside look into various belief systems. One thing that remained the same was always each church’s belief that they were the only ones that held the truth. Catholic, Baptist, Evangelical Non-Denominational and Hebrew Roots/Messianic all held valuable lessons for Aspyn, leading her to where she is today. She has received teaching and guidance from spiritual leaders, ranging from Catholic priests and rabbis to druids and generational witches; each one of them an important part of her journey.
Today Aspyn’s spiritual beliefs are mostly private. She believes that darkness isn’t always what we’ve been told and doesn’t flinch when called a witch because of her love of nature and understanding in our divinity and ability to communicate with the spirit world. She has an education on the demonic and exorcists and has experience in clearing said energies. She does not believe that all spirits are evil and is a firm believer in nature spirits and our communion with the earth.
GENERATIONAL CURSE BREAKER
She is a generational curse breaker who moved almost 2,000 miles across the country with her husband and 2 children (at that time) while she was 7 months pregnant to give her children a better life. She knows the hardships, strength, and sacrifices it takes to shift your life to make lasting change.

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS ADVOCATE
Aspyn is a passionate advocate for the mental health and wellness of women and children. As a woman who battled depression and loss, as well as post partum depression with minimal tools and no support system, Aspyn has made it one of her life’s paths to help other women receive attention as well as be heard. She believes many women are suffering in silence and too scared to speak out for fear of being black listed online by other women. She is extremely passionate about changing the narrative and women helping each other.
WORKED IN THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS INDUSTRY
Aspyn’s passion for helping others brought her into the Health & Wellness industry where she worked for 9 years, focusing on the education and use of essential oils for mental, physical & spiritual well-being. She is currently taking classes from doTerra, one of the top leaders in the Essential Oil industry. She also worked in the Health and Wellness industry selling gut health supplements where she learned firsthand the power of preventive health and gut healing and how life-changing it can be.
Aspyn was introduced to the world of alternative health care when her third daughter, who is now 19, was born with extreme sensitivities and digestion issues. She was highly allergic to disposable diapers and almost all formulas. Aspyn was quickly thrown into the world of alternative health care solutions and baby products. She now has 16 years’ experience using alternative health care such as essential oils, menstrual products, cloth diapers, homemade salves, balms, tinctures, preventative herbal remedies and more. She has seen the benefit firsthand with her family and loves to share her knowledge with others.

PREGNANCY AND BIRTH GUIDANCE
Aspyn has experience with both medical births and an unassisted home birth, as well as surgical medical interventions such as a D&C and a D&E as a result of pregnancy loss. Her first 10 births were hospital births which included the use of epidurals and medical interventions. She had two babies during the pandemic and was refused a homebirth by two different midwives due to “advanced fetal maternal age,” and how many pregnancies she had already had. She was advised not to have a home birth for fear that her uterus would hemorrhage. She ended up doing as advised with her second-to-last child but after a very stressful hospital experience, she opted to take her chances with her last child. After a lot of research and prayer, she decided to take matters into her own hands and had a beautiful freebirth at home.
INFERTILITY & LOSS GUIDANCE
Aspyn Wood is the author of “The Empty Womb,” a book about her 7-year battle with secondary infertility and loss following a life altering teenage pregnancy. After losing 5 babies, she is now the mom of 10 living children and has a passion for women in all stages of life, especially teenage mothers and those struggling to conceive or suffering from loss.

MOLD POISONING / HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
In 2015 Aspyn was diagnosed with mold poisoning by her Naturopath and began a difficult journey, one that would result in her being forced to relearn herself, how to live, and what her body needed to kill the mold. This resilience can be felt when talking with her today. Mold has been a teacher to Aspyn, one that has shown her the need to make space for regular self-care and healthy living including the importance of creating healthy boundaries in all areas of life including with family.
MILITARY WIFE
Aspyn is a wife to a military veteran and knows firsthand how difficult the life of the military family is. During that challenging time, her husband was stop-lost and deployed to an undisclosed location two months before he was supposed to get out of the military altogether when their 7th child was only 9 weeks old. Her husband’s salary was cut for the 6 and a half months he was deployed and she was left to maneuver through the trenches of post-partum depression and a world of responsibilities by herself with no family or church to aid her. With minimal help and unable to contact her husband she was forced to walk through that time and find alternative tools such as spirituality and essential oils to help her. (She was also grateful when his time serving was finally up)
